One of the most common questions I get as a tech support rep is, "How do I prevent a virus or spyware program from getting on my computer?"
Unfortunately, there's no one perfect answer to this question. Virii, spyware, trojans, and the like evolve nearly as fast as technology does. However, though imperfect, the best answer might be, "Awareness."
