Just wanted to point out a couple of very cool photo editing programs that we use regularly here at Open22:
1. Faststone Image Viewer -- This is for residential, non-commercial use only, but this is an awesome picture viewer and organizer, similar to Google's Picasa, but much better. Lets you quickly resize and crop photos, edit entire batches at once, make minor adjustments, add small vector design elements like arrows, text, and boxes (great for doing screen captures of Web sites / Web content).

2. The GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) -- This is a completely free, professional-level digital image editor, similar in scope and functionality to Adobe Photoshop. Lets you add layers, filters, resize, color correct, and much more. The GIMP has been a mainstay for users who want a powerful, cost-effective alternative to Photoshop.
